The motion controller adopts: DSP FPGA solution, high-speed and high-precision control requirements, DSP processing cycle is 125us, using photoelectric signal acquisition FPGA hardware high-speed processing, not affected by software scanning cycle, to ensure the reliability of high and low speed capture of the bottom paper position difference, Guarantee high-speed deviation correction accuracy. Support main line speed: 150m/min, 15000 sheets per hour.

2.Simple operation and convenient debugging

When using the system, you only need to set the required mechanical parameters to operation and control, and then the operation can be started. It supports single-sided paper mode and single-sided paper mode, which is convenient for machine installation and debugging.

3.Flexible alarm function selection

The system includes alarm functions such as top paper jam alarm, bottom paper jam alarm, top paper bending alarm, bottom paper loss alarm, etc. Each function has a separate switch to select whether to output an alarm stop signal.

4.Rich monitoring content

The monitoring contents include: real-time left and right alignment correction value, bottom paper parallelism monitoring, photoelectric signal quantity monitoring, encoder monitoring, servo alarm monitoring, top 50 production monitoring, etc., to assist customers in debugging equipment.
