(1) When the color-printed face paper is thin and curled, the speed of the machine should not be opened too fast.

When installing the surface paper and corrugated cardboard, their relative orientations should be aligned to prevent the horizontal lamination prohibition due to the tendency of the paper output positioning error. If the strokes of the upper and lower chains of the machine are not adjusted properly, there will be errors in the front and rear orientations; If the cardboard is not neatly arranged, etc., it will also cause errors in the orientation of the surface paper and corrugated cardboard.

(2) Improper adjustment or maintenance of the paper feeding and positioning mechanism of the machine may also easily cause faults in the lamination of face paper and corrugated cardboard.

The paper feeding chain mechanism is loose, which makes the upper/lower chain operation inconsistent or unstable;

The front gauge on the upper/lower chain is loose, causing the edge of the paper to be impacted when the paper is fed;

The contact position of the platen sheet against the paper is uncomfortable or the open space is too large, which does not have the effect of slowing down the inertial impulse of the cardboard when it moves at high speed;

The upper/lower rolling rollers are not cleaned frequently and accumulate a certain amount of glue, which hinders the synchronous rolling and transportation of tissue paper or corrugated cardboard.

(3) The fault of cardboard lamination caused by the discomfort of the upper/lower rolling rollers of the machine and the poor paper feeding

When the open space of the upper and lower rollers is uncomfortable, the laminated corrugated cardboard will shift between the surface paper and the corrugated paper after passing through the upper and lower rollers.

If the tissue paper is not transported normally and appears empty or skewed, it may easily cause quality failures such as blistering, degumming (caused by different lengths of interlacing between the cardboards on the conveyor belt and uneven pressing of the paper) and lamination prohibition.
